It was a pleasure for our ETF Robotics team to take part in this yearโs ๐ฉ๐๐ธ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐, an event organized by the ๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ปโ๐ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, celebrating the life and work of one of the worldโs true pioneers in robotics – professor Miomir Vukobratoviฤ.
His legacy continues to inspire generations of engineers and scientists.
At the conference opening, our colleague Zavisa Gordic, speaking on behalf of the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, emphasized the importance of early STEM education and the role of playful learning in nurturing childrenโs curiosity for technology and science. A passionate LEGO enthusiast, Zaviลกa once again prepared an interactive LEGO setup demonstrating logistics automation, intermodal cargo systems, and remote-controlled terminal operations, a perfect example of how imagination and engineering go hand in hand.
On the second day, professor Kosta Jovanovic delivered a lecture on โ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธโ, focusing on how robotics and assistive technologies improve human well-being and productivity, a message that resonates deeply with our vision of human-centered robotics.
We are proud to support initiatives like Vukobratoviฤ Days of Robotics, which bridge generations, inspire young minds, and remind us that
Thank you Anica Pavloviฤ for having us, and kudos for such a great organisation!
