Nikola will present our concept of a ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น, recently published in ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ jurnal, which proposes a human-centered approach to improving ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น-๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ in industrial environments. This system combines ๐ฝ๐๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ with real-time task support, and has been validated in a real factory setting during industrial assembly tasks.
If youโre at ICRA2025, join Nikolaโs session and learn how technologies can be designed to better support the people who use them. Whether youโre in research, industry, or policy, weโre always open to collaborations that bridge human needs and robotic capabilities.

The work is part of the BrainWatch experiment under the SHOP4CF Horizon 2020 project, and continues to evolve within the BrAIn | Interreg Danube Region Programme, where we explore how neuroergonomics can drive ๐ฌ systems across the region. At ETF Robotics, we believe the future of automation lies in listeningโlistening to data, to people, and to the context in which innovation truly matters.
