Weโre pleased to share a video overview of the ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐โa modular and collaborative robotic system designed to support more efficient waste sorting using artificial intelligence.
Developed by a team of researchers from top Serbian institutions (ETF Robotics – University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, Rudarsko-geoloลกki fakultet Univerziteta u Beogradu), ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐๐๐ผ๐ focuses on automating the recognition, classification, and handling of PET, cans, and electronic waste. It integrates robotics with soft grippers and a cloud-based platform for real-time monitoring and analytics.
As part of Serbiaโs ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, this project bridges academic research and industry needs, contributing to a safer, cleaner, and more circular economy.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire CircuBot team for their expertise, dedication, and collaboration throughout the project:
