Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) are essential for responsible deep tech, because technology doesn’t land in a vacuum, it lands in real workplaces, cultures, and value systems.
In our project CITADELS – Horizon WIDERA, SSH research helps us understand and anticipate the human implications of deep tech: how work is organized, how trust is built, how roles and skills evolve, and what “human well-being” should mean in practice.
Great to see this spotlight on Corvinus University of Budapest contribution, led by Lilla Vicsek, bringing human-centered insight to the heart of technological innovation.
