At ETF Robotics, we believe that ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ป๐—ผ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐˜† ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ to play in shaping the ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜-๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ.

This is exactly why the NOTRE | Interreg EUROPE project is so important. By addressing the needs of an ageing population, NOTRE supports ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€ that can improve quality of life for older adults while helping SMEs and startups bring meaningful solutions closer to real-world application.

One of the projectโ€™s strongest values lies in its focus on validation in realistic environments. For innovation in rehabilitation and assistive technologies, good ideas are not enough, solutions need to be tested, refined, and aligned with the actual needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and care systems.

For our team, this project is closely aligned with a broader vision of how robotics and intelligent systems can support rehabilitation and healthcare: not as abstract technologies, but as tools that can make care more accessible, more personalized, and more effective.

It was a pleasure to be part of this exchange alongside Nebojsa Nick Knezevic, MD, PhD, Arso Vukicevic, Suzana Dedijer Dujovic, and Olivera Djordjevic.

Projects such as NOTRE remind us that progress in rehabilitation does not come only from technological advancement itself, but from creating the right pathways for technology to become useful, validated, and truly relevant in peopleโ€™s lives.
